APPLICATION

Micro Controller Based Plasma Freezers are designed for quick freezing storing of plasma and related blood components at desired temperature as low as 35oC. The system includes controller with digital temperature display, temperature circular chart recorder, ON/OFF, temperature alarm system with adjustable high/low alarm limits, and visual alarm on temperature deviation. These Plasma Freezers are specially designed for blood and research laboratories.

Inner chamber made of stainless steel (SS-304) and outer chamber made of mild steel duly powder coated.
Foamed in place CFC Free PUF insulation ensure temperature stability and reduced energy temperature.
Keyed door lock for improved security with magnetic door gasket.
Stainless steel plasma basket.
The cooling is affected by hermetically se aled CFC FREE ECO FRIENDLY COMPRESSOR.
Precise control of temperature by using micro-controller based temperature controller.
Audio visual alarm if the temperature deviates from the pre-set temperature.
Caster wheels for ease of mobility.

Refrigeration System	:	Hermetically sealed CFC Free Emerson/Danfoss Compressor.
Trays	:	Specially designed stainless steel plasma basket.
Insulation	:	3'' thick CFC Free PUF insulation ensures temperature stability and reduced energy consumption.
Safety Features	:	180 sec. compressor 'ON' dealy timer to safe guard the compressor.
Power	:	Works on 230 V AC single phase 50 Hz.
